Candidate Management

Managing Completed Candidates

Once a candidate finishes their assessment, you’ll get immediate access to their SkillsProject Profile. This is where the real decision-making starts — no résumés, no guesswork, just clear signal based on real work.

🔍 Where to Find Completed Candidates

Every completed candidate appears in the role dashboard under “Completed” with:

  • Their name + email

  • Time completed

  • Their SkillsProject Profile (linked directly)

📄 What You Can Do

  • Review Their Profile
Includes code playback, AI scoring, video responses, and suggested follow-up questions.

  • Tag or Label
Organize candidates by stage, strength, or reviewer notes using tags.

  • Shortlist for Interview
Use internal notes or tagging to mark who’s moving forward.

  • Archive Candidates
Keep your dashboard clean by archiving candidates you’ve reviewed or ruled out.

  • Share Profiles
Copy a profile link to send to hiring managers or teammates for feedback.

🧠 Reminder: Profiles Are Reusable

Each candidate’s SkillsProject Profile is persistent. That means you can:

  • Return to it later

  • Reuse it across multiple roles

  • Let candidates build on it with more challenges

It’s not a one-time snapshot — it’s a living proof of what they can do.

Once the work is done, you’ve got everything you need to decide who’s ready to move forward.
